This super simple recipe is the ideal quick fix when your home late or wanting a speedy snack!
Ingredients
- 1 Gluten-free wrap
- 4 tbsp. Passata/ Pureed Tomatoes
- 30 g low-fat cheese
- Handful Spinach leaves
Instructions
1.
To a medium heat, dry frying pan add the wrap then the tomato puree on top.
2.
Sprinkle with the low-fat cheese and scatter with spinach leaves.
3.
Add a lid to allow the cheese to melt for 3-5 minutes.
4.
Then serve! Delicious.
