This super simple recipe is the ideal quick fix when your home late or wanting a speedy snack!
– 1 Gluten-free wrap
– 4 Tbs Passata/ Pureed Tomatoes
– Spinach leaves
1) To a medium heat, dry frying pan add the wrap then the tomato puree on top.
2) Sprinkle with the low-fat cheese and scatter with spinach leaves.
3) Add a lid to allow the cheese to melt for 3-5 minutes.
4) Then serve! Delicious.
