Frozen Protein Yogurt Bites are refreshing iced snacks to enjoy any part of the day. They are simple to make and contain 10g of protein per serving!
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g blueberries
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
a) Using a silicone cupcake mould, mix together the yoghurt and protein powder, pour into the moulds (this recipe will make 3) sprinkle over the blueberries and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours to set.
