To much plastic
3Best option is to cut off the plastic and put all the power in a smoothie, because with this plastic in stomach is terrible, believe me... Goes Well With:Smoothie

Great but BE CAREFUL
5These multivitamin capsules are great but NEVER EVER TAKE IN IN THE MORNING with your breakfast or BEFORE a proper meal or your stomach will be messed up the whole day. This is because there is a lot of iron on it and YES it will make you throw up your whole breakfast and ruin your day. Overall this product is fantastic, I did a blood test before and now after 3 weeks of taking it and the results are phenomenal. But again, DONT TAKE IT IN THE MORNING!Goes Well With:After a proper meal, lunch or dinner.

Vegan Vitamin
4Before I started taking supplements I got refused giving blood because of low iron levels. I started taking this A-Z Multivitamin supplement and iron levels are exactly where they should be. Seems to actually do what it says on the tin.

5Great product and noticed a big change in my day to day lifestyle when I first started taking the original A-Z Multivitamins. However they unnecessarily changed it from the original in which you were required to take only 1 a day but this is now 2 a day and also has much less calcium and magnesium! Goes Well With:Everything
