Tastes like dish water
2This is probably the worst tasting pre I’ve ever used. Caffeine dosage is low and felt like it wore off after 20 mins. Better sticking with the standard pre they offer

Would Not Recommend
1Te product came in good condition, however the taste of the powder was not great, it had a bad after taste of pepper. The product was good in caffine content, however the taste made it unbearable to drink. The product mixed well with water, although the taste completely threw me off.Goes Well With:Water

2This was absolutely vile, I don’t remember cola cubes tasting of hot pepper!!! The after taste once your body allows you to swallow is something else!! I wanted to rip my tongue off and put it in the washer!!! Do not buy you'll regret it 🫤😂Goes Well With:A Time Machine

Not bad
4Alot of people have said they don't like the taste. I didn't think it was too bad, slight pepper after taste but I liked that. It mixes quick and well with no floaters. Slight face tingle within 20mins and felt good through out a 40-60 min work out. Considering its informed sport approved I was impressed. Goes Well With:Water and biiiiiiig weights

Pre workout
2The powder mixes well and that’s where the positives on the product stop. It tastes like pepper/spices after the initial quick cola taste. The pre workout/thermo effect lasts maybe 20ish minutes max - Won’t be buying this again or recommending it & stuck with two tubs. Love Ryan Terry as an athlete but this product taste **** so to say.

My new go to 🤙
5Have used pre workouts for the best part of 15 years and this, for me is up there. Perfect all rounder. Stim is great with no crash and pump is ridiculously good 🙌 The Cola Cube taste is great, leaves a little chilli kick in the throat for good measure! Mixes really well, no funky bits in it. All in all, a great pre workout. I’d give a solid 9/10 💪
