5Wow these have done wonders for my hair and skins ,nails not so much yet but I'm hoping they will ,I purchased 8mth supply when they was on offer ,brilliant for me while in the menopause .

Really works
5I’ve been really silly and damaged my nails with extensions and uv polish. This has left a long term damaging effect on my nails. They were really brittle and doing a small job would them have them breaking right down as the nail was so thin. I honestly can’t believe the difference since starting them. My nails have started to grow again and are getting stronger and harder. I didn’t buy to help hair or skin but the vitamin has made my skin glow and look fresh. My hair has been shinier after washing and styling better. I’m happy with my order and I’ll be ordering again on a regular basis to go along with my other My Protein supplements.

5Love this product with having a gastric sleeve 6 months ago it’s important to keep up with your vitamins, and also hair loss can be a big part of a gastric sleeve and I think these have really helped me along the way

My hair has never been as healthy
5Bought these to try, iv never been happy with my hair skin or nails. Started a new skin care routine which helped my skin but my hair has been driving me mad for years so dry, brittle, frizzy and unmanageable even after a cut so i though get these worth a try at least. Before using these my thick(flat and unmanageable)hair had been thinning but Within 2 weeks my hair has never ever been so healthy, it's manageable, soft and iv never loved my hair so much everyone I know has commented on how good my hair now looks. I notice a difference in my nails too since taking these skin I can't comment of these helped or not as I had gotten into a good skincare routine so my skin was looking better anyway. Love these my new favourite have advised so many people to get them.Goes Well With:Collegen tablets
