These guys haven’t let self-isolation stop them from a game of tennis. Granted, they’re no Federer, but we love this creative way of passing time and adding a new element of excitement to the traditional game.

In Italy, the lockdown isn’t stopping these families from enjoying a Sunday lunch together. Eating and singing on their balconies seems to be fuelling their bodies and their happiness.
Our ambassadors have been getting in on the action too. @reevhd is setting a fitness challenge to make sure people are washing their hands for long enough. Take a wall seat and watch this:

So very important to remember to regularly wash our hands. WHO Guidelines state we should be washing them for roughly 20 seconds every time. It’s a strange place is ol’ planet earth at the moment, but we can all do our bit to help ourselves and others through these times. I’d like to nominate @calfreezy @miniminter + @theburntchip next.
