Alex Beattie’s Return To The Gym | First Post-Lockdown Workout

Saturday 25th July was a big day for gym-goers in the UK. After months of having to make do with home workouts and make-shift weight alternatives, gyms across the country finally re-opened their doors to the public.

We wanted more of an insight into what gyms after lockdown look like — so we got our athletes to be our eyes & ears on the ground and film their first post-lockdown gym experience.

Personal trainer and fitness coach, Alex Beattie, was right back at it on day one with a killer back and bicep session — and as you can see, gym social distancing & sanitising measures were in place to keep everyone safe.
