Turkey Cabbage Wraps

Our Turkey Cabbage Wraps are a simple quick meal and snack on the go, they are low calorie, low fat

Because they are wrapped in the cabbage leaf it seals in the moisture and locks in the flavours

They can also be made in advance and frozen or last in the fridge for upto 3 days.


Time to prepare – 20 minuets

Time to Cook – 20-25 minuets




450g – Turkey Mince

1 – Medium Onion

½ – Red Pepper

1 – Clove Garlic

1 – Spring Onion

1 tablespoon – Fresh Ginger

1 tsp – Chilli Flakes

Salt and Pepper

1 – egg

8 – Spring cabbage leaves




a) Chop the onion, pepper, garlic and spring onion into small pieces and mix together with the turkey mince


b) Add the egg, chilli flakes, salt and pepper


c) Take a heeped spoonful of the meat mixture and place in the middle of the spring cabbage leaf, fold either side and roll until it becomes a parcel and place in the steamer (if you do not have a steamer, a collender placed over a pan of boiling water will work just aswell)


d) Cook for 20-25 minutes until the cabbage leaves have softened


Serve with brown rice and chilli sauce
