Makes 4 Protein Bars

Enjoy these delicious strawberries & cream protein bars!

Prep: 15 min


Ingredients

– 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein – Strawberries & cream flavour

– 1 tsp Myprotein Coconpure Coconut oil, melted

– 1 tbsp Coconut flour

– 25ml Coconut milk, or as required

– 20g Dark chocolate

– Strawberries, halved


Method

Strawberries & Cream Protein Bar Recipe | By Ru Anderson

1) Combine all ingredients (except the chocolate), and add coconut milk until a desired dough texture is achieved.

2) Shape into 4 bars.

3) Melt the dark chocolate and coat each bar.

4) Place half a strawberry on top.

5) Chill in the fridge until chocolate has set.
