Ingredients

For the protein bites:

150g Myprotein Instant Oats (Vanilla flavour), plus extra to coat

8 pitted dates

2 scoops Myprotein Impact Whey (Strawberry flavour), plus extra to coat

Pinch salt

2-4 tbsp. milk (of choice)

For the crosses:

150ml carton coconut cream (chilled)

1 tbsp. nut butter

1 tbsp. Myprotein Impact Whey (Strawberry flavour)

A few drops natural red food colouring

Method

#1 Place all protein bite ingredients except the milk into a blender and pulse until smooth, then slowly add the milk until the mixture becomes sticky enough to roll

#2 Roll the mixture into small balls, then coat the balls in some more instant oats and whey protein and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

#3 In the meantime, blend all the cross ingredients until smooth, then chill the mixture for at least 10 minutes

#4 Once everything is nice and chilled, place the cross mixture into a piping bag and pipe little red crosses onto your protein balls for a healthy sweet treat that’s perfect for St. George’s Day!
