With the warm weather approaching, whip yourself up this fruity Peaches and Cream protein smoothie – it literally takes seconds!
Our delicious creation has a vanilla-peach kick and a whopping 23g of protein.
– 1 Fresh Small Peach
– 1 scoop Myprotein Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
– 150ml Milk or Water
a) Firstly de-stone the peach and cut into quarters
b) Add the whey and water/milk and blitz with a hand blender or smoothie maker
Serve with crushed ice!
