Morning Detox Juice Recipe
Have you over induldged at the weekend? Did that cheat meal turn into one big cheat day? Try this super fresh green morning detox juice recipe! This juice combines all the green goodness of spinach and kale with the sweetness of apple and pear and zestyness of lemon and lime.
In this juice recipe, the addition of spinach and kale provides a good source of magnesium which is perfect to get you out of that fast food coma because Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and energy yielding metabolism.
Not only this but the addition of vitamin C from the lemon and lime helps support energy metabolism whilst giving your immune system that well needed Monday morning boost! Here’s what you’ll need to get your Monday morning started:
½ a lemon
½ a lime
Small apple (funsize)
Small pear (funsize)
2 large handfuls of spinach
2 large handfuls of kale
1 celery stick
1/3 of a cucumber

Chop and remove the pips from your fruits and vegetables.
