This chocolate protein mousse has a fiery kick to it. It’s super easy and quick to make and has a very creamy texture that your taste bud will love!

– 100g dark chilli chocolate, melted
– 2 avocados (180g)
– 1 medium banana (120g)
1) If you are using a food processor/blender then simply put all the ingredients into it and blend until smooth. Then cool in the fridge for min 2 hours before enjoying.
2) You can also make this mousse without a food processor/blender. In this case you will have to mash the avocados and banana with a fork until smooth. And then add the rest if the ingredients and mix well until a smooth texture is achieved.
3) Serve with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or desiccated coconut (optional).
