Guest Recipes | Chocolate Chilli Protein Mousse by Ru Anderson

 

This chocolate protein mousse has a fiery kick to it. It’s super easy and quick to make and has a very creamy texture that your taste bud will love!

Packed with healthy fats and protein will quickly become your favourite healthy treat!


Ingredients:

 
– 100g dark chilli chocolate, melted

– 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein – Chocolate Smooth flavour

– 2 avocados (180g)

– 1 medium banana (120g)

– 2 tbsp almond/cashew butter(30g)


Instructions:

 
1) If you are using a food processor/blender then simply put all the ingredients into it and blend until smooth. Then cool in the fridge for min 2 hours before enjoying.

2) You can also make this mousse without a food processor/blender. In this case you will have to mash the avocados and banana with a fork until smooth. And then add the rest if the ingredients and mix well until a smooth texture is achieved.

3) Serve with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or desiccated coconut (optional).
