Protein Rice Pudding

There is nothing more delicious than a home-made pudding and this high protein rice pudding is a real tasty dish that will satisfy any post workout hunger!

It takes less than 10 minutes to make, has 40 grams of protein and 342 calories this dish can be served warm or cold!

 

Ingredients

 

1/2 Bottle – Myprotein Pro Milk 50

 

30g – Myprotein Protein Rice

 

1/2 Tsp – Ground Nutmeg

 

 

Method

 

a)  Boil the rice in water, once cooked drain and leave to one side

b)  Warm half a bottle of the Pro milk in the microwave to your desired temperature then pour over the cooked rice and add half a Tsp of nutmeg and stir
