Mango & Strawberry Protein Fluff

Protein Fluff is one of my favourite things to make with whey protein powder.

It takes no more than 5 minutes to whip up and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS! There’s nothing like it out there really – nothing so smooth, so light, and so creamy.

It’s the perfect post-workout snack too, being as it is pretty much just protein and carbs (from the fresh fruit).

Below is a recipe that I love to make this time of year, as a way to celebrate this gorgeous sunny weather we’ve been having!

 

Ingredients

 

– 1 cup of frozen mangoes and strawberries

 

– ½ cup of vanilla whey protein powder

 

– ½ cup of milk (either cow’s milk or almond milk)

 

 

Method

 

Stick all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes. That’s it! Take out a spoon and enjoy.

 

Macros per bowl 

 

Calories – 280

Protein – 37.1g

Carbs – 25g (out of which 3.5g is fiber)

Fat – 4.5g
