Healthy Snacks | Protein Blondie with Chocolate balls

Our Protein blondie is moist and light with added crunch from the protein balls.

A delicious post workout snack that can be served warm with natural yoghurt or eaten cold on the go!

 

Ingredients

 

– 1 Small Packet – Myprotein Chocolate Protein Balls

 

– 3 scoops – Myprotein Milk Protein Smooth

 

– 1 egg

 

– 3 scoops – Self Raising Flour

 

– 50ml – Milk/ Almond Milk

 

– 50g – Myprotein Coconut Oil

Method

 

1) To a bowl mix the flour, protein powder, milk and egg

 

2) Melt the coconut butter and pour into the mix

 

3) If the mixture is thick add more milk pour into a lined tin and scatter with protein balls

 

4) Bake in a tray for 15 minutes allow to cool then cut into portion sizes

This recipe will last in the fridge for 2 days or in the freezer for 3 months and reheated in the microwave, served with yogurt and zero syrup
