Prawn Pasta


This Spiced prawn pasta sauce with added garlic, herbs and griddled vegetables with king prawns is a great low fat, quick meal and tastes deliciously rich and filling.


You will need:


1 Pack of 3 mixed peppers

1 Garlic clove

1 Small white Onion

Myprotein – Protein Pasta

Asparagus Spears – 3

Baby Sweetcorn – 3

King Prawns – 6

Chilli Powder – 1 -2 Tsp (optional)




To start

Deseed and chop the peppers into halves, cut onion into quarters and keep garlic clove whole. Boil them in a pan for 10 minutes until semi-soft or roast in the oven for 20 minutes on a high heat (200C). Once cooked blend all ingredients together to make a sauce and add salt, pepper and chilli powder: This will serve 4 people and will last in the fridge for 2 weeks.



Put the pasta on to cook



Spray the griddle pan with 1 cal spray or a little coconut oil and cook the asparagus, corn and prawns until prawns are thoroughly cooked.

Serve and enjoy!
