Healthy Snacks | Peanut Butter and Jelly Bagel


I know all you gym goers love the savoury sweet combination and who doesn’t love nut butters!

This PB and Sugar Free Jelly bagel will satisfy any post workout hunger and hit the sweet treat spot without the dreaded white stuff!




1 – Bagel


2 Tbs – Crunchy peanut butter


2 Tbs – Sugar free jelly (mashed)





a) Make the Sugar free Jelly following the instructions on the packet and allow to set over night


b) Lightly toast the bagel and spread with peanut butter


c) Take two table spoons of the set jelly and mash with a fork then spoon on the top of the peanut butter
