Here’s what you’ll need to for your health kick green smoothie:
20g of Myprotein Nutrigreens (I used tropical Flavour)
80g of pineapple
½ a green bell pepper
2 handfuls of spinach
½ an avocado
250ml of water
1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt
100ml of almond milk
Combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend until a greentastic smoothie is formed!
The thought of vegetables in a smoothie may make you think this smoothie will be bitter and sour- but trust me it’s sweet and delicious!
