Nut Butter Bowl Cake | Simple, Easy & Quick To Make


This nut butter bowl cake requires little effort, looks stunning and will satisfy all nut butter fanatics.

The ideal post workout snack, packed with protein, flavour and ready in seconds!


✓ 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Peanut Butter Impact Whey 

✓ 30g Rolled Oats

✓ 20g Instant Oats

✓ 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

✓ 2 Tbsp. Water

✓ 1 Egg

✓ 1 Tsp Baking Powder


#1 In a bowl, combine the oats (rolled and instant), whey and baking powder

#2 Add the egg and peanut butter and mix well

#3 Place the bowl in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes at full power.

#4 When the edges of the bowl cake peel away from the bowl, your high protein goody is ready!
