Low Fat Macaroni Cheese
This amazing Low Fat Macaroni Cheese is just the recipe for those cold winter days. With chicken stock sauce and reduced fat cheese we are hitting 254 calories per serving so you can tuck in, guilt free!
You will need:
75g – Myprotein Protein Cheese (Grated)
2 Chicken stock cubes to make 1 Ltr of stock
1 Tbsp – Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp – Corn flour
Salt and Pepper
Firstly start by pouring boiling water to a pan and adding the protein pasta.
Make up the 1ltr chicken stock with the cubes and boiling water then pour into a pan and add the tablespoon of corn flour bring to the boil, once the sauce has thickened turn the heat down to a simmer
Next add 50g of the reduced fat cheese, dried parsley, salt and pepper
Once cooked, take the pasta off the heat and drain then pour the cheese sauce all over the pasta
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper and the remaining 25g of reduced fat cheese and grill for 5 minutes to add colour.
