Ingredients For Our Low Fat Hummus
- 400g tin chickpeas
- 3 tbsp. low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic
- Pinch salt and black pepper
1. First, drain the can of chickpeas and pour into a food processor.
2. Peel the garlic clove and add to the food processor with the yogurt. Pulse until smooth and add water, 1 tbsp. at a time, in order to loosen the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency.
This will keep in an air tight container for 3 – 5 days in the fridge.
