This Low Carb Quiche is a creamy, smooth and delicious snack to accompany salad or eat as a full meal on the go.
Without the heavy carb packed pastry of your average quiche you can afford to have 2 slices!

- 3 Eggs
- 30 g Edam Cheese
- 50 g Quark
- 100 ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp Chopped chives
- 4 Asparagus Spears
a) To a mixing bowl add the eggs, cheese, quark and milk whisk together until all is combined then add salt/ pepper and chopped chives.
b) To a circular baking dish/ tin place the asparagus spears on the base then pour over the quiche mixture.
c) Cook on 180C for 20 minutes.
Slice and serve!
