Low Carb Quiche

This Low Carb Quiche is a creamy, smooth and delicious snack to accompany salad or eat as a full meal on the go.

Without the heavy carb packed pastry of your average quiche you can afford to have 2 slices!


Time to Prepare – 10 Minutes

Time to Cook – 20 Minutes


– 3 Eggs

– 30g Edam Cheese (Grated)

– 50g Quark

– 100ml Semi-skimmed milk

– 2 Tbsp Chopped chives

– 4 Asparagus Spears


a) To a mixing bowl add the eggs, cheese, quark and milk whisk together until all is combined then add salt/ pepper and chopped chives.

b) To a circular baking dish/ tin place the asparagus spears on the base then pour over the quiche mixture.

c) Cook on 180C for 20 minutes.

Slice and serve!
