Light Snack Recipe | Easy Homemade Hummus


 Our delicious Easy Hummus Recipe is quick to make and incredibly tasty – you will make it again and again!


1 Tbs Coconpure Coconut Oil

100g Fat-Free Natural Greek Yogurt

400g Chickpeas

1 Garlic Clove

Salt and Pepper


1) Add the drained chickpeas to a food processor.

2) Pour in the Natural yogurt and add the garlic, salt and pepper.

4) Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and pour in to the food processor.

5) Blitz in the blender until smooth.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge – will last up to 5 days.
