Kid’s Lunchbox Recipe | Healthy Chocolate Energy Bites


Super easy to make and packed with healthy protein, fats and carbohydrates (and no nasties), your little one will be begging you to put these energy bites in their lunchbox every day.


Ingredients


✓ 2 scoops Little Beasts Milkshake Mix (Natural Chocolate Flavour)

✓ 125g Rolled Oats

✓ 125g Peanut Butter

✓ 30g dried fruit

✓ 2-4 tbsp. milk (of choice)


Method


#1 Combine rolled oats and milkshake mix in a bowl and stir

#2 Next, add the nut butter and dried fruit and stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed

#3 Add the milk slowly until the mixture is wet enough to roll into balls but not too sticky (you might not need all of it)

#4 Roll into 8-10 little energy bites – the perfect size for your very own little beast’s lunchbox!
