✓ 125g Rolled Oats
✓ 125g Peanut Butter
✓ 30g dried fruit
✓ 2-4 tbsp. milk (of choice)
#1 Combine rolled oats and milkshake mix in a bowl and stir
#2 Next, add the nut butter and dried fruit and stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed
#3 Add the milk slowly until the mixture is wet enough to roll into balls but not too sticky (you might not need all of it)
#4 Roll into 8-10 little energy bites – the perfect size for your very own little beast’s lunchbox!
