Kid’s Lunchbox Recipe | Fruit Quesadillas with Healthy Yoghurt Dip


Super easy to make and packed with healthy protein, fats and carbohydrates (and no nasties), your little one will be begging you to put these fun and fruity quesadillas in their lunchbox every day!


Ingredients


✓ 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
✓ 1 tbsp. almond butter
✓ ½ banana (sliced)
✓ ½ apple (sliced)
✓ 1 tsp. seed mix
✓ ½ scoop Little Beasts Milkshake Mix (Strawberry Flavour)
✓ 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt


Method


#1 First, spread the nut butter over one side of the wrap wrap
#2 Layer the banana slices, apple slices and seeds over one half of the wrap
#3 Fold and cut into three triangles
#4 To make the yoghurt dip, combine Greek yoghurt and Little Beasts Milkshake Mix and place into a small container for the perfect healthy treat for your Little Beast’s Lunchbox!
