High Protein Recipe | Honey & Mustard Chicken Skewers

 

Each skewer contains 16g of protein and 3g of carbs – try it for a great addition to your meal prep!


Ingredients

200g Chicken Breast

100g Cooked Prawns

1 Tsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbs Marmalade

1 Tbs Honey

20g Desiccated Coconut

1 Tbs Myprotein Coconut Oil


Method

1) To a bowl add the mustard, marmalade, honey, salt and pepper

2) Mix everything together and pour in the cooked prawns to marinade

3) Heat the coconut oil in a griddle pan then cook the chicken thoroughly

4) Cut the cooked chicken into cubes and mix in with the marinating prawns

5) Put the prawns and chicken onto a skewer alternately

6) Serve with mixed salad

7) These will store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days
