High Protein Hemp Bars | Rich In Omega 3


Being athletic and living a healthy lifestyle can get boring when it comes to snacks, why not try this unique and healthy hemp bar? A recipe which is rich in omega-3, fibre, protein and is easy to follow- what more could you ask for?


 For 4 Protein Bars:

 4 Scoops Of Hemp Protein
 20 Pitted Dates
 7 tbsp Coconut Oil
 8 Drops Of Vanilla Flavdrops
 3 tbsp Agave Syrup


 1) Mix together the hemp protein, the dates, the previously melted coconut oil, the vanilla flavdrops and the agave syrup and mix to create a slightly thick paste.

2) Place the mixture in a silicone cake tin by pressing the mixture thoroughly into the bottom of the pan and place in the freezer for about an hour.

3) Get out of the freezer, leave for a few minutes in your fridge to allow them to soften, then cut them out to your desired shape.

4) Your protein bars are ready!
