Ham and Coleslaw rolls are simple, cheap, delicious and can be prepared in advance.
Here is a great mid afternoon snack or meal on-the-go!
– 6 Slices Wafer Thin Ham
– 3 Tbs Coleslaw
– Mixed salad
1) Take 2 slices of ham and slightly over lap them
2) Place a table spoon of coleslaw at one end then roll
3) Repeat two more times
Job done, taking less than 5 minutes!
