 Skinny Chia Choc Oats

 1 Scoop  Protein Hot Chocolate

15g Chia Seeds

150ml Almond Milk

1 Scoop Instant Oats


1) To a Jar, add the Oats, Chia Seeds and Protein Powder

2) Screw on the lid and shake well

3) Remove the lid and pour in the milk

4) Screw back on the lid and shake well again

5) Place in the fridge over night



Calories: 370         Protein: 23 g          Fat: 11 g          Carbs: 39 g
