Protein Zero Rice Pudding

 

A delicious, home-made pudding will always put a smile on your face and an even bigger one if it’s guilt-free!

High in protein and low in effort – this delicious rice pudding dish will satisfy your taste buds and any post workout hunger!

45 grams of protein and 267 calories and can be eaten warm or cold!

 

Ingredients

 

– 1 Carton Myprotein PRO Milk Zero

 

– 30g Myprotein Protein Rice

 

– 1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg

 

Method

 

 

1) Boil the rice in water, once cooked drain and leave to one side

 

2) Warm the Pro milk zero in the microwave to your desired temperature then pour over the cooked rice, add half a tsp of Nutmeg and stir
