This simple yet delicious satay sauce will please any fine diner and is very versatile! It can be spread on meats, tofu or even pimp up your cooked vegetables and noodles by adding a spoonful.
Once made, this sauce will last 2-3 weeks stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
– 2 Tbsp Myprotein Crunchy Peanut Butter
– 100g Cooked Prawns
– 1 Tsp Tomato Puree
– ½ Tsp Garlic granules
– ¼ Tsp Salt (optional)
1) Mix the peanut butter, tomato puree, ground garlic (and salt if preferred) together (if very thick add a little water to dilute.)
2) Place the prawns on the skewers and cover in the sauce – eat immediately or cook on a grill for 3-4 minutes.
4) Serve with mixed salad.
