Fancy a guilt-free sweet-treat?
I enjoy this faux ice-cream post-workout as it is the perfect combination of protein and high GI carbs to recover and refuel after an intense workout.
Alternatively, try this white chocolate and salted caramel ice-cream to beat off sugar cravings – just use one banana instead!
Ingredients
– 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein Isolate – Salted caramel flavour
– 2 medium-sized frozen bananas
– White chocolate flavouring (Myprotein Flavdrops)
Method
1) Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
✓ You can eat right away as a soft serve.
✓ …OR you can put the soft serve into the freeze for two hours while it thickens up and turns into ice-cream!
