Our delicious No-Bake Protein Rocky Road is made without excess sugary syrup and doesn’t need freezing.
The chewy-fudge base, crunchy protein balls and soft mini-marshmallow combo will surely satisfy your taste buds!

Ingredients
75g Impact Whey Protein – Rocky Road flavour
1 pack Protein Chocolate Balls
50g Instant Oats
35g Desiccated coconut
65g Dates
50ml Skimmed milk
1 Fruit tea bag
Topping
15g Whole Almonds
30g Mini Marshmallows
Method
1) Start by placing the super berries, tea bag and dates into a bowl and add 100ml boiling water – allow to brew and for the berries to swell – then blend together.
2) Place the following into a mixing bowl: desiccated coconut, Whey Protein. Protein Hot Chocolate, Instant Oats and Cacao powder – and mix together.
3) Add both of the above mixtures together and add small amounts of milk and mix until it forms a dough-y consistency.
4) Press the mixture into a cling-film lined tray, then evenly sprinkle the Almonds, Protein Balls, Organic Cacao Liquor Buttons and marshmallows into the rocky road mixture.
5) Wrap and leave to set the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
6) Unwrap and slice into 5 – or your preferred serving size. This will last in the fridge for 5 days or frozen for 3 months!
