This french delicacy is an utterly delicious, super easy, healthy twist.
#1 Whisk together the egg whites, cinnamon and a few drops of the toffee flavdrops until well combined
#2 Slice your bread in half and dip into the egg white mixture
#3 Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan and once the pan is nice and hot, place the bread into the pan to cook
#4 Cook evenly on both sides until golden brown
#5 Serve with fresh berries and bee pollen
Tip: You could also add some nut butter, banana or greek yoghurt for extra fats, carbs and protein
