Egg Mayo and Spinach Wrap!


This Egg mayo and Spinach Wrap is so quick and easy to make, its filling without being too carb heavy!


You will need:


2 Eggs (hard boiled)

2 Tbsp Extra Light Mayo

1 Handful of spinach (chopped)

1 low fat tortilla wrap

Salt and pepper





Soft boil 2 eggs (I find if they are slightly soft inside you don’t need as much mayo)

Once cooked peel the eggs, chop the spinach and add the mayo salt and pepper mix together




Spoon into the wrap and roll

Delicious served still warm!
