Crunchy Apple Protein Cups

 

These crunchy apple protein cups are quick and easy to make. When it’s time for that afternoon biscuit treat or post training boost without the sugar, these are it!

 

You will need:

 

100g – Myprotein Rolled Porridge Oats

60g – Myprotein Protein Crispies

1 Small Apple – Grated

6g – Myprotein Almonds

10g – Myprotein Walnuts

20g – Myprotein Omega Seed Mix

X5 – Myprotein Flav Drops – Toffee

30g – Myprotein Egg White Powder

Unsweetened apple sauce – 2 tbsp

 

 

Method:

 

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together, add a little water to bind everything together if needed.

 

Slightly grease your muffin cases and divide the mixture up evenly. Put in the oven on 180 °C for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
