Crunchy Apple Protein Cups
These crunchy apple protein cups are quick and easy to make. When it’s time for that afternoon biscuit treat or post training boost without the sugar, these are it!
You will need:
1 Small Apple – Grated
Unsweetened apple sauce – 2 tbsp
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together, add a little water to bind everything together if needed.
Slightly grease your muffin cases and divide the mixture up evenly. Put in the oven on 180 °C for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
