Our raw protein cookies are not only delicious but simple to make and will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks, they have a crumbly texture and taste better the older they get!
– 3 Scoop (75g) – Myprotein – Vanilla whey Isolate
– 3 scoops – Myprotein – Instant Oats
– 2 Tbs – Coco Nibs
– 2 Tbs – Roasted Coconut
– 2 Tbs – Myprotein – Cashew Butter
a) To a food processor add all ingredients – blitz together until all is evenly blended, and add a table spoon of water at a time until it makes a dough ball.
b) Then pour out into a cling film lined Tupperware dish and leave in the fridge for 3 hours to set, the longer its left the more crumbly it will become as the coconut absorbs the moisture.
