Voila! The one bowl, no-bake cake that you’ve been dreaming of!
This quick, simple and easy to make dessert is too good to resist, you’d be nutty not to!
For the bowl cake:
✓ 55g rolled oats
✓ 40g coconut milk
✓ 3 tsp. water
✓ 2g yeast
✓ 50g applesauce
✓ 10g grated coconut
✓ 10g coconut flour
For the topping:
#1 In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, yeast, coconut flour and grated coconut
#2 Add the applesauce, coconut milk and water and mix well
#3 Place the bowl in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes at full power
#4 When the edges of the bowl cake come off the bowl, it’s ready!
#5 Add dried coconut for extra taste
