Healthy Snacks | Clean Seed Bar

Here is a simple, clean seed bar recipe; if you like the naked, raw bars that are hitting the shops at the moment give this cheap, easy recipe alternative a try:

Ingredients

50g – Omega Seed Mix

2 scoops – Myprotein Rolled Oats

2 TBS – Myprotein Almond Butter

30g – Sultanas (soaked in 25ml Boiling water)

Method

a) Firstly start by adding your boiling water to the sultanas to allow them to swell

b) Next to a food processor add the oats, almond butter and seed mix, pulse until all the ingredients are evenly mixed together

c) Lastly pour the sultanas and any left over water into the mixture and blitz until it makes a soft dough

d) If the mixture is very dry and doesn’t stick together when pressed between your fingers add a little more water, if it’s too wet add more rolled oats

e) Once your constancy is right line a tupaware dish with cling film and pack the bar mixture into the dish, leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set then cut into portion sizes (This mixture makes 10 small bars)
