Cinnamon and Apple spiced Porridge

Try this delicious real winter warmer Cinnamon and Apple spiced Porridge recipe! The scent alone will get your taste tubs tingling in a matter of minutes!




– 30g Myprotein Rolled Oats


– 200ml Hot water or Milk


– 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon


– 1 Small Apple


– 1 Tbs Myprotein Omega Seed mix


– 1 Tbp Sweetener




a) Make up the rolled oats with the hot water or milk


b) Add the cinnamon, omega seed mix and sweetener once made to preferred consistency


c) Top with chopped apple.
