✓ 1 Litre Milk
✓ 60g Instant Oats
✓ 5 Tsp Agave Syrup
✓ 50g High Protein Chocolate
1) Start by mixing the Instant Oats, milk and add agave syrup.
2) Bring the mixture to the boil and stir for 2/3 minutes.
3) Melt your chocolate, then stir in the boiled mixture, mix well.
4) Divide into small pots and allow them to set in the fridge.
