Healthy Chicken Kebabs Recipe


I’m not sure what came first… the chicken or the egg but I do know you’ll love these amazingly easy chicken kebabs! These low calorie chicken skewers are perfect for a healthy weight loss and muscle fuelling meal and taste and look so good you can serve them to all your friends!


What you’ll need:


Making these healthy chicken kebabs really couldn’t be easier, here’s what you’ll need:


4 Wooden skewers

2 Chicken Breasts

½ a pepper

½ a red onion

½ a white onion

Two tomatoes

1 courgette

The Preparation:


This recipe really could not be quicken or easier to prepare!

Preheat your oven at 150- 175 degrees celcius.

Chop up you chicken breasts and vegetables into large chunks and assemble onto your wooden skewers.

Sprinkle of any spices you like, such as paprika or peri peri!

Spray with low calorie oil spray, place on a baking tray and place in the oven for 25- 30 minutes.

The Eating:


Remove your skewers from the oven and enjoy on their own or try serving with a healthy salad, brown rice and homemade salsa.
