This Mini Chicken and Pork Muffins recipe is a tasty lunch box snack and using pork loin is a break from the norm but still has great macros!


Time to make: 10 minutes

Time to cook: 20 minutes


You will need:


200g pork Loin

200g Chicken Breast

100g Rolled oats

1 small chilli

1 onion




Firstly to a food processor add all the ingredients plus salt and pepper.




Blitz together until all is combined then press the mixture into mini muffin cases and cook on 190C for 20 minutes.




Macros based on 24 muffins

Calories – 45

Carbs – 2

Fat – 2g

Protein – 5g

Storage Tip


Once cooked, cool down and refrigerate will store for 3 days or frozen for 3 months
