These chicken and leek patties are a great portable snack or as part of a healthy meal, taking less an 10 minuet’s to make and 84 calories per serving they are a great addition to any meal plan.
200g – Chicken Mince/ Turkey Mince
1 ½ Leeks
a) Put all the ingredients into a food processor until all are similar sized pieces then add the egg and mix into a big ball.
b) Separate the mixture and press into 6 muffin cases
c) Cook in the oven for 20 minutes on 180oC
These can be frozen for 3 months and kept in the fridge for 3 days
