5g Nutri Purples Fruit Blend

10g Omega Seed Mix

30g Mixed Frozen Berries

100g Natural Yogurt

10g Ground Nuts


1) To a blender add all ingredients apart from the omega seed mix.

2) Pour into a bowl sprinkle the omega seed mix for texture.

3) Top with some whole berries.
