These chocolates are the perfect high-protein, low-carb gift for Valentine’s Day. They look incredible, taste delicious and are packed with protein! What’s not to like?
50ml Light Cream
1 tbsp. (15ml) Coconut Oil
1 tbsp. (15ml) Myprotein Almond Butter
50g Cocoa Powder
#1 Put all of the ingredients except the chocolate into a saucepan on a low heat, until completely melted.
#2 Next, break up the Myprotein High Protein Chocolate and drop it into the mixture until completely melted.
#3 Last, pour the mixture out into a heart shaped ice-cube mould (or any ice-cube mould you can get your hands on) and set in the fridge until set, then take them out and you’re good to go!
