Yet another healthy recipe win for your air-fryer.

Who knew that such a simple snack could taste so good? Healthy recipe queen @healthy_floflo is back with a seriously tasty treat that’ll satisfy your sweet-tooth cravings without derailing your macros.

Naturally sweetened with honey, these baked oat apples are a nice breakfast option if you’re in the mood to mix things up from the usual cereal or a great after-dinner alternative. Plus, it couldn’t be easier to make.

By switching butter for our 100% Coconut Oil, Flo’s also made this recipe completely vegan friendly too — ideal if you want to cut down on animal products.

Makes 2

  • 40g oats
  • 20g pecans
  • 10g coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1tbsp. honey
