Ingredients for protein smoothie recipe:

– Handful of Spinach

– 25g of MyProtein Unflavoured/flavoured whey protein

– 200ml of milk

– Handful of berries (frozen or fresh)

– Banana (optional)

– Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

– Ice Cubes (optional)

– 50g Greek Yoghurt




  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30-60 seconds to get the desired consistency.
  2. Place in a pint glass and enjoy.
