Start the day with something sweet.

Fancy something sweet to start the day with? This will sort you out.

Oozing with chocolate Protein Spread and irresistible peanut butter, then loaded with slices of sweet banana and juicy strawberries, this is a flavour sensation all wrapped up into one delicious breakfast hit.

Toast for a couple of minutes on each side to get a crispy outside with a melted centre — then it’s time to tuck in. It’s quicker and way less messy than pancakes, but still hits the spot if you have that sweet-tooth craving. What a win.

Ingredients

  • 20g Protein Spread -
  • 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 1 banana,
  • 3 strawberries,
  • A handful of raspberries and blueberries,

Instructions

  1. First, spread the chocolate Protein Spread onto one half of the tortilla wrap. Then spread the peanut butter over the top of that.

  2. Add the banana and strawberries slices on top, then fold to cover the fillings.

  3. Transfer the wrap to a frying pan and fry over a medium heat until toasted, one side after the other.

  4. Once cooked, cut into slices and garnish with more berries and some extra melted chocolate Protein Spread. Breakfast of champs.
